Cynthia Bavo

Hi there!

My name is Cynthia, most people I work with call me Cindy.

I am a corporate communication specialist by profession with more than 10 years experience managing internal and external communications for INGOs, projects and most recently the UK Government in Tanzania.

I spent time teaching communication skills particularly leadership and story telling to executives as well as personal branding to women leaders and employees.

3 years ago, I shifted from full time employment and started my own company, MyJobPass, workforce accelerator that works with organisations to deliver skills based training. I later partnered with a Canadian clean tech startup to oversee its HR department. I worked with young women (as young as 18) and men to build their sales skills and leadership skills. I also helped them gain career clarity through group/ one on one coaching.

I hold MA in Corporate Communications; BSc. in International Business Administration; a certificate in Training & Development
