Dr Ndirangu Wanjuki

I specialize in leadership coaching for mid-level managers, career coaching for young people, and health and wellness coaching for all.

Inspired by gestalt principles and solution-focused coaching, I apply a coaching style that includes creativity tools such as scaling, spaces, images and objects to empower clients to embark on a journey of self discovery and personal growth.

My aim is to empower clients to leverage their internal and external resources, networks, and imagination to achieve their goals. Through the metaphor of 'the seed', I help clients identify, sow, and nurture the 'seeds for change', fostering personal transformation from within.

I believe that coaching not only transforms individuals but also drives societal change. With this in mind, I collaborate with coaches, coach training institutes, and organizations to promote the growth of coaching in Africa. Additionally, I have co-authored "Career Choice," a book empowering African students to build impactful careers.
