Henry Semwanga Lule

Henry has worked as a pioneer for most of his career; setting up offices, systems, and procedures to ensure efficient operations. He established the first Bank of Baroda branch in Mbarara in 1991, set up the Longhorn Publishers office in Uganda in 1995, and set up the Standard Chartered Bank branch in Mbarara in 1999. He has worked at the C-Suite level with Population Services International as Director Finance and Administration; a role in which he was in charge of an annual budget of US$8 million, and with PACE as Deputy Executive Director. He currently runs Solutions Africa as President and COO. He is a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Executive Coach, Certified Global Leadership Coach, and a JMT Coach. He is a certified Leadership trainer and an Organisational Development Consultant. He does one-on-one coaching for middle and C-Suite executives and Team Coaching. He has a B. A (Hons) Education, MBA and he is completing his Ph.D. in Management and Administration.
