HR Consultant, Career & Business Coach, and Mentor with over 15 years of experience, with proven track record supporting Boards and Senior Leadership teams across six countries. My focus is on helping mid-level professionals and executives align their performance with strategic goals to enhance efficiency and achieve cost savings. I utilize various coaching methods, including GROW and Solutions Focused approaches, with over 400 coaching hours. My notable achievements include two successful outplacement coaching projects with an 85% success rate and facilitating a Women in Leadership program that has benefited over 1,000 participants. I hold a Master’s in Organization Development, a Bachelor’s in Education, and certifications in HR and coaching.
