As a leader, business coach and people strategist, I have supported people to achieve high personal growth and teams to realize a high level of employee engagement and unlock unprecedented performance. My focus lies with the private sector in emerging economies and frontier markets.

I have developed a proprietary framework for collaboration that focuses on 3 pillars for highly impactful teams. The pillars include connection, personal skills and purpose, all of which are interconnected. I recognize that positive change may occur on one level initially and extrapolate to other levels.

My expertise areas include: (1) shared leadership, (2) collaboration and (3) negotiation. Prior to dedicating myself to coaching, I partnered with 50+ enterprises in Africa to develop growth strategies and investment plans, and raise capital.
