Mariam Moussa

Mariam is the founder and managing director of PROCIJ, where she leads personal and professional individual and group coaching sessions. Mariam’s business analysis experience, educational background and career shift journey from Economics to Coaching has empowered her to be a strategic thinker with a diverse set of skills and experiences that come in handy when leading and growing her own organization and helping others achieve the same.

To this date, Mariam has coached more than 1000 transformational coaching hours within corporates and to the public, capitalizing on self-leadership and intentionally leading others using the Co-Active Model for Coaching and Leadership.

Mariam’s experience in coaching extends from Europe to the Middle East. She mentors other coaches on deepening their learning of the coaching skills and leading more transformative coaching sessions.
