Coaching Work

Lorato spends time as a one on one Coach to leaders from leading Botswana based organisations, with teams as a leadership Coach and Trainer, as well as consulting on self-mastery through personality profiling and behavioral change training. Lorato worked as a transformational Coach in Paraguay with The John Maxwell Team, using the Maxwell value-based roundtables.
