Irene Muchunu Chifallu

Irene Muchunu is a Certified Professional Coach and senior HR leader with over 25 years of experience in administration and human capital development, including 10+ years in senior HR management. She holds an MBA in Strategic Management, a BSc in International Business Administration, and a Postgraduate Diploma in HR. She is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP–Kenya) and is currently pursuing her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Irene works with professionals, emerging leaders, and youth at important decision points. Through her C.L.A.R.I.T.Y.™ Framework, she helps clients move from confusion and self-doubt to clear, confident action — without overthinking, burnout, or costly missteps. Her coaching is faith-led, empathetic, and solution-focused, blending the GROW model, co-active, and strength-based approaches.

In addition to coaching, Irene provides HR consulting to individuals and organizations.
