Coaching Work and Experience

Mpume is an internationally accredited professional coach. She has an MBA, a Certificate in Business Coaching and has ACC Level with ICF (International Coaching Federation). She has coached across different levels from junior to executive managers since 2015. She is also a facilitator and a developer of training materials. She has been a learning coach for a Future Proofing Leadership Programme with the Regenesys Business School and Momentum Metropolitan.

She facilitates and coaches around personal mastery and branding, career and leadership. She offers one-on-one coaching services to individuals as well as group coaching. She uses different methodologies in her coaching such as GROW and its adaptations, RE-GROW and T-GROW-R3, Intentional Change Coaching Model, Narrative Coaching and Coaching on the Axis. Mpume is also an accredited Enneagram Practitioner.
